What’s Next For Pedro Jimeno After The End Of The Family Chantel?

The Family Chantel has ended its run after five seasons, which has left fans wondering if there will be more of Pedro Jimeno on 90 Day Fiancé. The franchise star was once well-liked among viewers before he decided to file for divorce from his now ex-wife, Chantel Everett, during the messy fourth season of The Family Chantel. Now that the popular reality TV spin-off show has ended, Pedro has the chance to move on to other endeavors.

The Family Chantel season 5 was the final season for Chantel, Pedro, and both of their families. The 90 Day Fiancé spin-off show started with Pedro struggling to obtain acceptance from Chantel’s family. The show then concluded with Chantel and Pedro having their final showdown in the Dominican Republic after he decided he no longer wanted to be with her in the second-to-last season. Chantel and Pedro ended on definitive terms, as they made it clear they would no longer be together.

Pedro Is Not Moving On To New Shows (Yet)

The Family Chantel might be over, but Chantel is already announcing her return on 90 Day: The Single Life season 4. While Pedro won’t be appearing on any 90 Day Fiancé spin-off shows, this doesn’t mean it will be the last of him. His mother, Lidia Morel, and sister, Nicole Jimeno, both love the spotlight and appeared on Love In Paradise. Pedro could continue to make cameos on the spin-off show while his mother or even Nicole look for love. Meanwhile, he could always join The Single Life in the future for season 5 or even appear on Chantel’s season as a surprise.

Pedro Is Focusing On His Career Outside Of TLC

While Chantel is leaning into her role as a reality TV star, Pedro is focusing on his career in the real world. Like Pedro, Chantel also holds a career outside of reality TV, as she also works as a nurse. However, for Pedro, he seems to only want to be known for his real estate career. Pedro recently shared a professional photo titled with the quote, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” It’s clear he’s trying to rebrand himself since becoming a reality TV villain, as he strives to be taken seriously in his profession.

Although Pedro wants to move away from reality TV, it appears that many fans are still angry with him for how his relationship with Chantel ended. Chantel and her family accused Pedro of using her from the start, something that his former family friend Obed Corporan confirmed. Although Pedro insists that he loved Chantel and never used her for a green card, many The Family Chantel fans still credit Chantel for getting Pedro to where he is today. However, he still has the chance to lead a normal life once his fame from the show dies down.
