Married At First Sight’s a popular TV series with a notoriously low success rate, and Jamie Thompson and Elizabeth Bice are the latest MAFS couple to break up. Then, he possibly referenced the breakup with a cryptic IG post. Jamie’s post featured a quote from Dr. John Delony, as per US Weekly. Part of the quote read, “Husbands, here’s the deal. You can choose misery, rage, scheming and laziness. Or…you can choose to love.” Apparently, he didn’t choose love, or his former partner didn’t. That’s not to say that you can’t love an ex. Often, emotions linked with long-term relationships are very complicated.

It’s quite likely that the post was in reference to his divorce. It’s possible that he has hurt feelings, or maybe he’s trying to share the fact that there was a lot of love in the relationship, even though it ultimately didn’t work out.
