General Hospital Spoilers: Monday, January 5 – Jagger Cates’ Deal with Anna – Laura Rages at Nik – Sonny Talks Inside Job

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, January 5, reveal that Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) joy over seeing Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) with Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) in his arms will quickly turn to anger over Nikolas’ actions.

Nikolas just showed up on Laura’s doorstep, so Laura cried with relief at the sight of him along with her grandson. However, Laura will inevitably rip into Nikolas over Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) grim fate on Monday’s episode.

Nikolas talked Spencer into handing over Ace and led to Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) going off the rails, so there were obviously some tragic consequences.

“Does it occur to you that you belong in prison?” Laura asks her fugitive son on Monday’s preview video.

Since GH spoilers say Laura will interfere with someone’s plans, she may warn that Nikolas isn’t taking Ace anywhere and shut down any attempt he might make to flee again.

Next, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) will beg Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) for another chance, but Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) will urge her to consider whether Martin is really worth it!

At The Invader, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will deal with some guilt over Spencer’s demise since she perhaps gave Esme more trust than she deserved.

Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will bet she can make Alexis smile in one word, so she’ll offer updates on some plans that could lift Alexis’ mood.

Over with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), they’ll continue their conversation with FBI Agent John “Jagger” Cates (Adam J. Harrington).

This Jagger recast is on the scene for a new storyline, so Anna will push Jagger to bring them in so they can all work together on the investigation.

As for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he’ll fill Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) in on all the island drama and worry since the person who targeted him knew way too much.

Dante will ask if Sonny’s saying this was an inside job, so Sonny may admit it seems like there’s a traitor involved.

There’s been speculation that a programmed Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) could be the one who’s made an enemy out of Sonny, but we’ll just have to see how things play out!

Regardless, General Hospital spoilers say Sonny will deliver news following all the Puerto Rico chaos and hope to uncover the truth ASAP.
