General Hospital Comings and Goings: Nicholas Alexander Chavez’s Last Airdate as Spencer – Eden McCoy’s First Episode Back
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that we’ve got some comings and goings news to pass along, so let’s talk about some new cast details. For starters, Nicholas Alexander Chavez’s final airdate as Spencer Cassadine will be January 31 – at least for the time being.
Chavez is playing Lyle Menendez in Netflix’s Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story, so he’s already filming that and will be off canvas for several months as a result.
Fortunately, there’s a big return to look forward to since it’s almost time for Eden McCoy’s first episode back as Josslyn Jacks.
Courtney Fulk stepped up to replace McCoy during her leave of absence, but McCoy will reclaim the role when she makes her next Josslyn appearance in the February 1 episode.
In other comings and goings news, it looks like Heather Olt will appear in the January 29 episode as Maggie Fitzgerald, but Esme Prince’s (Avery Pohl) former nanny isn’t hiding her in Toronto like Esme wanted the cops to believe.
Spencer and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) had better watch out since Esme is actually on her way to Paris, where she’ll wreak more havoc.
Next, Charles Mesure will reprise his role as John Brennan when Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) pay the Pentonville inmate a visit on January 30.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is set to meet a new customer on February 2, so let’s hope this one isn’t as nefarious as Brennan turned out to be!
We should also mention a couple of actors who recently popped up in courtroom scenes during Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) malpractice trial.
Warren Sweeney is playing Judge Arnold and will continue to air during the week of January 29-February 2.
Plus, Annie Tedesco will make more appearances as Mrs. Muldoon, the widow behind the lawsuit against Finn.
GH fans can expect Finn’s trial to reach a shocking conclusion, especially now that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) has discovered evidence that Dennis Muldoon was setting Finn up!
