San Diego resident Big Ed met Rose, who’s from the Philippines, online. He lied to and insulted the single mom upon meeting her and made fun of her financial condition and her physical appearance. Big Ed was dating someone for the first time in 30 years since his first divorce. When things didn’t work out with Rose, Big Ed started dating Liz in the U.S. Big Ed and Liz had broken up 14 times since they got together.

The 90 Day Fiancé Instagram page posted a Pillow Talk clip in which cast members reacted to Big Ed canceling the wedding.
Liz said Big Ed had made spicy taco pasta, and they got into a fight when Big Ed asked Liz’s daughter Ryleigh to stop being a baby for not eating it. Liz said in the video that Big Ed left her that night and called off the wedding without telling her. Rose didn’t have a lot to say except to express herself in emojis. She commented with two Sad But Relieved Face Emojis in the comments section.
Will Big Ed Try To Get Back Together With Rose?
Big Ed had traveled to the Philippines to meet Rose for the first time in Before the 90 Days season 4. The season ended with Big Ed and Rose breaking up when she confronted him about not telling her he didn’t want to have any more kids until they’d met in person. Big Ed always knew Rose wanted to have more kids alongside her son, Prince. However, he wanted a vasectomy instead. During the Tell All, Big Ed claimed he was ready to get back with Rose, but he had found out that she was “dating another woman.”
Meanwhile, Rose had exposed Big Ed in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 7 by revealing he had been trying to get back together with her while he was still engaged to Liz.
Big Ed claimed he was not in touch with Rose while she said he was always trying to get her to FaceTime him. Rose revealed that Big Ed had messaged her and she also had a screenshot. Rose had produced the screenshots for Liz to see. In the texts, Big Ed had told Rose she looked “amazing.” He had also wished to go to the Philippines to meet her and wondered if Rose was open to seeing him. Now that Big Ed is really single and Liz has moved on, he could try to date Rose again.
Liz is currently in a relationship with a man named Jayson. She has been with him since November, while Big Ed seems to have called off the wedding in August 2023. Big Ed appears to be single at the moment, but he will be traveling to Bangkok soon. He has been losing weight before his trip and is already down 19 pounds. Big Ed knows he is a known face in the franchise and will want to keep appearing in new spin-offs after 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 8. Getting back together with Rose would make for a great storyline.
