Sophie is a 23-year-old fashion influencer from London who moved to the U.S. during the 2023 edition of the TLC reality show. Sophie met 32-year-old Rob on Instagram when she gave him a follow after liking his photos on a modeling page. She was interested in dating mixed-race men given her background. Sophie has a Black father and a white mother, and was bullied in her childhood. Sophie and Rob had shared experiences from growing up. They bonded online and, soon enough, Sophie knew she was going to get married to Rob.
However, Sophie has not been transparent about her sexual orientation with her husband-to-be. Rob doesn’t know that Sophie’s first crush ever was a woman. In a preview of 90 Day Fiancé season 10, episode 4, shared by Access Hollywood, Sophie’s secret almost gets unveiled.
Sophie is hanging out with Rob, his friend Tor’i, and Sophie’s friend Soraya in L.A. Sophie had met Soraya on Bumble, which is the app she uses to make friends whenever she’s traveling. Rob asks the woman if she met Sophie on the “friends side” of the app or the dating side. The woman says it was on the friends’ side. “So you’re not into girls?” Tor’i asks.

Inside the club, Tor’i apologizes to Sophie for doubting her faithfulness to his friend Rob because Soraya is “proof” that Sophie only used Bumble for friendships. It was Tor’i who caught Sophie on the dating app the first time she came to the U.S. to stay with Rob.
Tor’i had seen Sophie on the dating side of Bumble; however, when Rob confronted her about it, Sophie denied it. At the same time, Rob also didn’t accept that he was the one who actually cheated on Sophie when they were briefly separated during the COVID-19 pandemic. Rob was talking to a mystery woman online while sending her naughty videos of himself.
