The 48-year-old Stroudsburg resident first met the Vietnamese single mom on a dating app. Since he had fallen victim to a cheating girlfriend in the past, he took things slowly with Violet and dated her online. During Before the 90 Days season 6, Riley flew to be with his partner. However, things didn’t go as he had planned. The couple immediately began fighting, insulting and doubting each other’s honesty.
Recently, Riley took to his Instagram to share what he claimed were screenshots of a chat between him and Violet. According to In Touch, he accused the Vietnamese reality star of harassing his father via texts and manipulating people into thinking he was a “controlling” and “insecure” person. The 48-year-old American man then threatened to expose Violet. He wrote, “I say this with every fiber of my being, I don’t want you,” adding that he will one day expose “every single lie” she has told people. The Stroudsburg resident swore he would prove that Violet is the most “narcissist, selfish, rude and untrustworthy person” on the 90 Day Fiancé spin-off.
90 Day Fiancé’s Violet Claims “Everything” Riley Says Is A Lie
While Riley piled up accusations, Violet denied the claims. Instead, the 90 Day Fiancé star fired back and implied that the American man was lying. She wrote, “Everything you say is a lie. You always open my mouth I care about you.” Violet seemed somewhat apologetic in her responses and told Riley that she liked him. She added, “I care and want to help you.” In one of the replies, Violet counter-threatened Riley that she’d delete her social media account. She has since disappeared on Instagram, which suggests that the screenshots were probably real.

It isn’t shocking to see how Violet and Riley treated each other in the texts, as they’ve always been disrespectful. Riley has shown his middle finger to express his love. His behavior proves he is emotionally immature and doesn’t know how to treat others. In comparison, Violet has insulted Riley for not getting a gift for her mom. She has called the American man “old” and “ugly.” There’s also minimal trust between the two. Riley previously considered hiring a private investigator to stalk the Vietnamese woman. In comparison, Violet has lied in front of the camera and blamed Riley for everything.
It’s hard to pick a side between the new couple, as they are both terrible partners to each other. However, clues suggest Violet may be slightly worse for allegedly cheating on Riley. Previously, the single mom told the 48-year-old man to get off the dating app. At the same time, she stayed on the app, presumably using it. Over the last few episodes, Violet has received a shirtless photo from a man she didn’t disclose, has been caught lying about her divorce, and has undermined Riley’s gifts. She also made other plans after Riley traveled 8,000 miles to meet her in Vietnam during Before the 90 Days season 6.
