90 Day Fiancé star Ariela Weinberg revealed a shocking update about her relationship with Biniyam Shibre after his photos kissing a mystery woman circulated online. Ariela and Biniyam, both 33, were first seen in 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 2 in 2020. Ariela moved to Addis Ababa while she was pregnant with their baby boy, Aviel. Ariela and Biniyam faced challenges from trust issues to a cultural gap in their relationship. Ariela got Biniyam to the U.S. during 90 Day Fiancé season 9. They got married as Biniyam discovered an interest in MMA. Ariela and Biniyam started living together in Las Vegas.

They shared a screenshot of a conversation between a viewer and Ariella in which the latter revealed the nature of her current relationship with the Ethiopian man. A fan named Kramerkirstin had asked Ariela, “Is Bini allowed to have cute new girl friends too?” Ariela replied to them, “I’ll tell him you think he’s cute. He’s single.” The blogger added a slide showing screenshots from a video of Biniyam getting cozy with a mystery woman. Fans in the comments had mixed opinions about Ariela and Biniyam’s split.
Why Ariela & Biniyam Were Not Meant To Be Together
For starters, there’s been speculation that Ariela had always been in love with her ex-husband Leandro Fosque. Leandro was the one who brought Ariela lingerie as a gift the first time he came to meet her and Biniyam in Addis Ababa. It was later revealed that Ariela was still married to Leandro when she met Biniyam. Ariela was on a journey of self-exploration when she got pregnant with Biniyam’s baby and decided to move to Ethiopia for good. However, it seemed like Biniyam was with Ariela for a Green Card.
Biniyam had been previously married to an American woman and fathered a son with her. Bria went to the States because she suspected Biniyam had cheated on her. Biniyam wanted to reunite with his son and he may have done that after he married Ariela. Ariela had mentioned several times that Biniyam was disrespecting her in their relationship. Ariela and Biniyam’s latest appearance together on 90 Day Diaries also indicated that a divorce was on the horizon. She wanted to spend time apart from him as she complained he was spending “less and less” time inside their home with her and Aviel.
Ariela needed time to decide what the problem was in their marriage. However, she felt like Biniyam deserved to be with someone who made him happy. Ariela and Biniyam seem to have split amicably, with her showing an interest in finding a new girlfriend for her ex. It remains to be seen if the breakup will be addressed in a new 90 Day Fiancé spin-off, since Ariela and Biniyam have been one of the most popular pairs in recent years in the franchise. Until then, Biniyam will, perhaps, choose to reveal the identity of the new woman in his life.
