Angela insinuated that her husband is two-faced and will eventually make a mistake, exposing his real self.

He acted like a victim, pretending a 58-year-old grandma could hurt him. There’s a chance Michael made up the story to plant the seeds for a potential divorce.
Although Michael has his flaws, Angela isn’t blameless either. Despite calling herself the “queen,” she has shown narcissistic tendencies and has frequently mistreated her husband on and off screen. She damaged his car, physically assaulted him, verbally abused him, and even shoved an apology cake in his face. Angela had committed all the wrongs a wife could do to her husband without giving him anything in return for his loyalty. Angela’s behavior drove Michael to cheat on her. If the 90 Day Fiancé star had reciprocated Michael’s love, he would have thought twice before betraying her.
