’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Josh Hit With Shocking Lawsuit By ‘America’s Next Top Model’ Alum
In a weird reality T.V. crossover, it appears 90 Day Fiance star Josh Weinstein is being sued by a former America’s Next Top Model contestant for using her photos on his website without the proper permissions.
Josh is facing a lawsuit filed by Sharaun Brown, a contestant from Cycle 11 of ANTM. The allegations stem from claims that Weinstein used Brown’s images to promote his company, Preview Models, without proper compensation.

The lawsuit claims that Preview Models started using Brown’s images in February 2023 for advertising open casting calls, fashion shows, and booking services. They also list her as a “Celebrity Mentor” on their website.
Brown claims that despite Weinstein’s agreement to compensate her for the use of her images in both educational and marketing materials, she has not received any payment. Consequently, she demanded in May 2023 that the company cease using her image in any capacity.
In her legal action, Brown is seeking unspecified damages for the unauthorized use of her likeness and for the violation of her right of publicity.
Josh has responded to the lawsuit in his defence. His company addressed TMZ, stating that they had a prior agreement allowing the use of Brown’s images. They said they worked with Brown legitimately and adhered to all necessary protocols in obtaining and using her images. However, they received a letter from her in November demanding payment for what she believed was an unauthorized use of her likeness.
The company also mentioned that they have since destroyed any unauthorized materials linked to Brown and that she did not contact them before filing the lawsuit.
Natalie Is Staying Silent On Josh’s Lawsuit

Josh is best known for his tumultuous relationship with Natalie Mordovtseva on Seasons 2-4 of 90 Day: The Single Life.
Conversely, Brown was the first model to be eliminated from her season of America’s Next Top Model in 2008, though she later signed with Elite Models and has since worked with notable brands like Marc Jacobs and Betsy Johnson.
As far as 90 Day viewers are concerned, Josh and Natalie are still involved, as she can’t let their on-and-off relationship go despite Josh’s seeming lack of commitment. However, Natalie – who has admitted to receiving financial help from josh – hasn’t commented on the new lawsuit.
Natalie first rose to fame on 90 Day Fiancé where her tumultuous relationship with Mike Youngquist captivated viewers. The Ukrainian native first appeared in Season 7 of the show, which chronicled the couple’s journey as they navigated cultural differences and personal conflicts while preparing for marriage. Despite their ups and downs, they got married but later faced significant issues, leading to their separation (though they remain legally married).
Natalie’s attempts to date again, specifically her romance with Josh, have been explored in the show’s spin-offs. So, perhaps the lawsuit will be referenced in upcoming episodes.
