They were being filmed for the next season of 90 Day Fiancé as Alliya walked through the airport gates after her flight landed from Rio de Janeiro. Shawn was there to receive his partner with his pet dog. Alliya looked like she was giddy with happiness as she hugged and kissed her husband-to-be.

Alliya presented with more masculine features when she met Shawn, but she is now finally free to transform into her true self. Shawn, who was previously married to a woman, didn’t feel comfortable with Alliya’s transition.
To top it all, Alliya had developed a new “boss b**** personality,” which Shawn disliked. Despite lamenting the loss of the person he had fallen in love with, Shawn followed his heart, and it led him to Alliya. He proposed to Alliya at her 25th birthday party.
