Former 90 Day Fiancé star Leida Margaretha’s shocking felony charges after her October 2023 arrest have been revealed. Leida is a controversial franchise cast member, best remembered for her storyline with Eric Rosenbrook in 90 Day Fiancé season 6. Leida had moved to the U.S. from Indonesia. She was a single mom and claimed she was a doctor who wanted to practice medicine in the U.S. Once Leida settled down in the U.S., she wanted Eric’s daughter Alari out of the apartment and even filed a restraining order against her. Leida recently revealed she and Alari have patched things up.

The felonies include a bail jumping felony; theft-business setting, where the value of the property or services stolen is greater than $10,000 but less than $100,000; and wire fraud against a financial institution. According to Page Six, Leida had been booked at Colombia County Jail and arrested for alleged theft, fraud, and forgery.
Leida Margaretha’s 1st Court Appearance Date Revealed
At the time, it was revealed that Leidawas working as a bookkeeper at a glass decorating business named Loggerhead Deco. The owners of the company had contacted the police in Portage, Wisconsin, and alleged that Leida had made fraudulent payments and withdrawals to several outside business accounts and customers. Leida had allegedly been using the company’s account information to do so. According to the police, “victims” had reported that there were thousands of dollars missing from their accounts. There was a chance Leida could face more charges after the investigation continued.
As of May 8, 2024, Leida’s charges have been officially filed on record. Leida’s first court appearance has been set for June 12, 2024, at 9 a.m. She recently made a comeback to Instagram after allegedly filing for divorce from Eric. Leida shared several romantic videos with her husband but didn’t share anything relating to her arrest when she was suspected of stealing thousands of dollars from her workplace. In March 2024, Leida was charged with allegedly speeding for diving 15 MPH over the 55 MPH speed limit.
Leida’s Instagram has been hinting at her trying to make amends with Eric and his family members, including Alari, whose wedding she recently attended. Leida even posted a sweet selfie with her mother-in-law from Alari’s wedding ceremony. The common perception about Leida right now is that she is getting punished for her misdeeds. It’s been a long time since she was on 90 Day Fiancé, and she vowed to never return to the franchise after being harassed online.
