General Hospital Spoilers: Will Esme Live Or Die-Or “Die” To Live Again-Will Esme Be The New Helena?

General Hospital spoilers and rumors pose the question if Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) will live or die in the final showdown with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez).

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will survive, Spencer will be presumed dead, but will Esme “die” to live again and be the new Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers)?

General Hospital Spoilers – Helena Cassadine Kept Turning Up Alive

Until her final “death” Helena kept “dying” and turning up alive over the years like a bad penny-like her son Stavros Cassadine (Robert Kelker-Kelly) and Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy).

Esme’s birth father, Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) also turned up alive after many years, but he had some help from the DVX.

Stavros was in stasis and was brought back once, but then was killed for good by Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) but Helena was frozen and resurrected several times.

Helena ultimately died and stayed dead after many years-possibly having been poisoned. The last portrait painted of her, the one that contained the codicil to Mikkos Cassadine’s (John Colicos) will showed the reflection of her possible poisoner in a teapot.

GH Spoilers – Esme Prince Could Be Presumed Dead And Yet Survive

Spencer will be presumed dead for several months before it’s revealed he survived-possibly found and nursed back to health by Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) in secret.

It’s starting to become a Cassadine family tradition, Victor found Nikolas and nursed him back to health after Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) shot him out of a window.

Ryan was rescued and recruited by the DVX, but who might find Esme clinging to life and rescue her and nurse her back to health to strike again?

That could be just about anyone-before Nikolas was found by Victor, he was on a fishing boat and that’s a possibility for Esme as well.

The showdown appears to take place on a boat on the River Seine, but some kind fisherman could help her as well, not knowing what he’s getting into!

General Hospital Spoilers – We Won’t Know Until Spencer Cassadine Returns

Chances are, we won’t know the backstory of how either Spencer or Esme survived until Spencer returns-we do know he will. But Esme’s fate is a question-we know she has a plan involving a large syringe and duct tape.

It’s easy to imagine that she may go after Trina and Spencer intervenes, and they get in a struggle and both fall in the river and presumably perish.

This could take several weeks to be revealed, or even months, like it did with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Nixon Falls.

Esme could be found either dead or alive, or not found at all-until, like Spencer’s paternal grandmother Helena, she mysteriously pops up again!
