General Hospital Spoilers: Wednesday, February 21 – Carly & Drew Blindsided – Sonny’s Selina Trouble – Nina’s Surprise Hire

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, February 21, reveal that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will look at the latest numbers and excitedly tell Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) that if this continues, they’re “in for one hell of a quarter.”

It seems Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) won’t be as pleased with how things are playing out at Deception.

Tracy will argue that they’ve been deceived, so she may not be happy about some aspect of the deal she made with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).

Then again, this could be about Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) since she’ll get some assistance from Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) in Wednesday’s episode.

Lucy may find a clever way to fight back against Tracy that leaves her feeling duped, so we’ll see how it all goes down!

In the meantime, let’s talk about a different scheme since Felicia will tell Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) that maybe it’s time to end their own deception.

Spinelli may have concerns about that since he’s been growing closer to Maxie lately.

GH fans know Felicia and Spinelli cooked up a plan to help Maxie out financially, which involved Spinelli lying about pipe issues at his apartment and paying Maxie rent.

Spinelli may worry that if the truth comes out, it’ll ruin the wonderful vibe he’s found with Maxie under the same roof.

At some point, Spinelli will open up to Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), so he might come clean about the plot and get some advice.

Cody tends to keep secrets, so he might urge Spinelli not to ruin the good thing he’s got going by spilling something that could rock the boat.

Then again, Cody might realize his own secrets have made him pretty miserable and push Spinelli toward the truth instead.

It could be a situation where Cody thinks Spinelli and Maxie should build an honest foundation.

Next, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will want to celebrate the first issue of Crimson with Carly at the helm, but she won’t look like she’s in a celebratory mood.

Carly hasn’t been happy about Drew’s fixation on Nina revenge – and things may get worse once Nina blindsides them with the news that she’s publisher of The Invader now.

Nina will also make a new hire that catches Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) off guard, so this should tie in with her own vengeful story plans against Drew and Carly.

Over with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), she’ll get a pep talk from Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) when she really needs one.

Josslyn will remain distraught over Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) departure, but Trina may push her not to give up on finding him and beginning a new chapter.

If Trina could do that with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez), she may insist she’d move heaven and earth to make it happen.

As for Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), they’ll have a deep discussion about the past.

There’s sure to be some talk about Olivia Jerome (Tonja Walker), Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) and maybe the history between Sonny and Ava, too.

Sonny vs. Ava — General Hospital - TV Fanatic

It seems like some interesting chemistry has been developing between Sonny and Ava lately, so could they be headed for another hookup after all these years?

Whatever the case, Sonny will have a meeting to attend soon with Selina Wu (Lydia Look), who’ll insist it’s time to bring their alliance to an end.

Selina may address the threat that’s escalating and worry about being tied to Sonny since he’s already been targeted.

However, Sonny might convince Selina that they’re better off sticking together since they could both use some extra help right now.

On the other hand, maybe Selina’s suggestion of ending the alliance will be more about pretending for a new tactic instead.

General Hospital spoilers say Selina and Sonny will do some strategizing before the week’s over, so stay tuned for updates on what they’ll cook up.
