General Hospital Spoilers: Evan Hofer & Tabyana Ali Adorable Costars – Do Dex & Trina Have a Chance at Romance?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Tabyana Ali (Trina Robinson) recently celebrated a big milestone at the ABC soap. March 25 marked the second anniversary of Ali’s debut in the role of Trina Robinson, so she was certainly feeling the love on social media.

After GH fans sent Ali messages of support on X (the social media app formerly known as Twitter), she put up a post in response.

Ali wanted to send some love right back and express her appreciation.

“OH MY GOSH! It’s been 2 years?! That went by so quick!! I love y’all soo much! Yall have made this 2 years so much fun! LETS PARTY LIKE ITS 1999,” Ali wrote.

Tabyana Ali also received a message from Evan Hofer (Dex Heller), who posted some cute pics from behind the scenes as well. “Happy Trinaversary,” Hofer said before tagging Ali and adding a heart emoji.

“I love you berry berry much Evan! thank youuu!!” Ali replied – and she threw in some sweet emojis, too.

It’s clear that Evan Hofer and Tabyana Ali are friends behind the scenes, so they certainly make adorable costars.

There might be a way for Ali and Hofer to work together more often depending on what the writers have in mind.

Now that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is done with Dex, could that open the door to his romance with Trina?

Although Trina is grieving the loss of Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez), she could still find herself getting swept up in an unexpected moment of passion with Dex.

It could certainly make things messy once Spencer reveals his survival and comes back into the picture.

Of course, there’s no way Nicholas Alexander Chavez is sticking around once his contractual obligations are fulfilled.

Chavez seems poised to leave the soap world behind and focus on other projects, so Ali may need a new leading man and pairing.

If Evan Hofer sticks around, then Dex and Trina might have real potential as a couple.

That could definitely make things complicated when it comes to Trina and Josslyn’s friendship, which has already become strained lately.

No matter what plays out in the future, it’s nice to see that Ali and Hofer get along so well as pals behind the scenes!
