General Hospital spoilers tease that at the moment, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is busy settling in to life as a free man. As viewers know, Cyrus had been in prison for a few years now after he was arrested for his many crimes as a drug kingpin in Port Charles.
Cyrus had originally been incarcerated at a high-security prison far from Port Charles but was transferred to Pentonville not all that long ago. At Pentonville, Cyrus claims to have found a new, religious path.
General Hospital Spoilers – Cyrus Renault Had A Near-Death Experience!
While incarcerated at Pentonville, Cyrus has a deadly heart attack. He claims to have had an out of body experience that helped him see his new path toward God. Both his siblings, Martin Grey (Michael E Knight) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) remain dubious of his claims.
Cyrus hasn’t completely changed for certain, he masterminded the kidnapping of Ava Jerome (Maura West) in order to force Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) to testily that Cyrus should be released from prison because of his poor health in the aftermath of his heart attack.
GH Spoilers – Heather Webber Is Still Serving Time In Pentonville!
Another inmate at Pentonville while Cyrus was there is Heather Webber (Alley Mills). Heather has been in several mental hospitals over the years because she has been able to successfully hide her sanity from the courts even though she has also committed the most horrific of crimes.
In recent years however, Heather has basically only acted in order to protect her daughter, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). But after murdering Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) his widow Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) made it her mission to make sure Heather was declared sane enough to be housed in prison.
General Hospital Spoilers – Cyrus Renault Knows Heather Webber!
For brief time, Heather and Cyrus were in Pentonville together. When Esme visited Heather in prison, Cyrus wasn’t far away. It was obvious that the two of them knew each other even if Cyrus seemed annoyed with Heather.
It’s possible these two formed a relationship while there as their familiarity seemed to indicate they were very well aware of each other.
While Cyrus is currently free, his next move might be to use his televised platform to leverage enough support for Heather to have her set free so they can be together again.
