Kelly hopped on Instagram to share some sad news, as her dog Ranger passed away. She refers to her furry friend in the post as her “little big boy”, and she shared photos of him, along with her other dog, Whiskey.

The Daytime Emmy-winning actress offered a testimonial with the post, noting what a “sweet, cuddly, good boy” he was, who never understood how big he was.

While Ranger, whom she affectionately referred to as “Rangy” hadn’t been in her life for about five years, she sent out condolences to his adoptive family of five years, noting that her “heart” goes out to them, and she knows how much they loved him and gave him a “wonderful home”.

She also states how hard it is to say “goodbye”, and that she’ll love Ranger, forever.
