Alexis Williams is bracing herself for the trolls, but she’s not planning to take their nonsense lying down. In a recent online video, the MAFS star issued a warning to the critics: “You can’t troll a troll.” And to prove her point, she included screenshots in the video showcasing her sharp clapbacks as a friendly reminder not to mess with her.

While Alexis is ready to face the music, let’s hope her fellow cast members are prepared for the inevitable wave of harsh criticism from the new fans tuning in to Season 15 for the first time. Miguel Santiago, for one, has already caught wind of Netflix’s MAFS addition and is bracing himself for the deluge of negative comments.

In her Instagram video, Alexis made it clear that her platform isn’t a safe space for haters to spew venom without consequence. “Before you think about going on my page and posting hateful comments, just know that I’ll clap back,” she declared. She shared snippets of her savage responses to trolls, including one where she sarcastically replied to a comment urging her to “move on already.”

“I was waiting for you to give me permission to do so 🥰 now that you have I’m finally set free. Many thanks,” she quipped, before teasing that she could go on with more clapbacks but chooses not to let hate win because of the love surrounding her.

Addressing the timing of her message, Alexis noted in the caption that Season 15’s addition to Netflix prompted her to share this “gentle reminder.” She even asked her followers about their favorite clapbacks.

Meanwhile, Alexis’s former castmate Miguel Santiago, who was paired with Lindy Elloway on the show, is also bracing for the same backlash he faced during the original airing. He shared a humorous photo on his Instagram Story, dressed in a bear suit and peeking out from behind a tree with the caption: “MAFS Season 15 finally hit Netflix. Can’t wait for all the hate.”

With Season 15 now streaming on Netflix, it seems the cast is ready to weather the storm of criticism once again, armed with humor, resilience, and a healthy dose of clapbacks.
