And now he fears that the authorities might shift him to a new prison in retaliation. In fact, Todd’s biggest fear is that his kids might not visit him in this far-off ‘facility.’

Todd Chrisley has been very vocal about the poor living conditions he is facing in prison. He even brought them up in his interview with Brian Entin. But now the Chrisley Knows Best star is fearing retaliation from the authorities. Todd’s new fear is that they will shift him into a new prison, and his kids might not be able to visit him if it is too far.

Savannah Chrisley tries to go and see her parents as often as possible. The star also has her siblings to care for and takes them along whenever possible. However, since Todd and Julie are in different prisons, she can only visit one parent at a time. And now, with a new threat looming over his head, his kids might see him even less. Savannah had to divide her time between her mother and her father. But if Todd is shifted to a new prison, he might be too far for her.

The prison authorities did not like Todd’s ‘allegations.’ A spokesperson even said the allegations were false and that the authorities care for the prisoners. But Todd and Savannah’s constant complaints have troubled the prison authorities. So, Todd believes that they will shift him to a new and tougher prison in retaliation.

This will be great for the authorities as Todd will be out of their hair. But Todd is unhappy as the prison will be farther so he might not be able to see his kids more. In fact, he even fears they might not visit him anymore.

Recent reports revealed the Chrisley Knows Best pair sold their 13,279 sq ft. mansion. Todd and Julie made the sale in March 2023, and speculations state they might have sold the 6-bedroom and 10-bathroom property to pay their colossal restitution amount. Since the sale was off the market, the reports weren’t available till now.
