Clare and Cameron seemed to have great chemistry in the beginning but began to clash quickly.

After realizing that their values and beliefs didn’t align in any way, including on their ideas surrounding raising a family, Clare and Cameron discussed the possibility of separating. The pair both shared they wanted to get a divorce and made their decision after just 31 days of marriage. While Clare and Cameron haven’t been together since much earlier in the season, the pair have been shown on the series throughout MAFS season 17 to give updates about how they’re doing in their lives post-marriage. Cameron, who’s led a high-adrenaline lifestyle, revealed he’s been dealing with some serious heart issues.

Cameron Has Been Absent From Show

Clare and Cameron’s relationship didn’t mean that they’d be leaving the series entirely, but Cameron has been more absent from the series since their split due to the heart condition he developed during the filming of Married At First Sight season 17. After the pair decided to get a divorce, Cameron was shown on the series explaining that he’d been dealing with some heart issues and would need to have surgery.
