Meisha said she usually eats “pretty healthy,” but on that particular day, she’d skipped breakfast and just had an apple for lunch. When she recorded the video, she ate pasta made from rice noodles with an all-natural pasta sauce and turkey cooked with veggies. “I meal prep this at least twice a month for a week,” Meisha wrote while sharing her “healthy, easy, and yummy” meal that was “guiltfree.”
