They tried to fix their relationship by going to The Last Resort with many other couples. But after they returned on Happily Ever After, fans realized they were back to square one as they continued to bicker and fight. They had also moved to Arkansas togethe. The couple was supposed to tie the knot there until Big Ed secretly canceled the wedding. He didn’t even tell Liz, and she found out about it via the reverend.
As per a new clip, Liz said Big Ed hadn’t been coming home to avoid their confrontation about the wedding. At last, they met at a cafe, and the former was still willing to make their relationship work. Despite the hurt her future husband caused her, Liz wanted to stick through the hard times a “hundred percent” as they were in a committed relationship.

Everyone has been curious as to why Big Ed took such a major step of canceling his and Liz’s wedding. Apparently, the 90 Day Fiance couple had bickered in front of the former’s family. It happened because Big Ed prepared taco pasta for dinner when his family was supposed to visit the couple. Liz’s daughter Ryleigh had complained it was too spicy and he accused her of being a big baby.
That’s when Liz took offense and bickered in front of Big Ed’s family. The whole incident affected the latter so much that he ended up canceling their wedding behind their backs. Liz had no idea until the reverend from their wedding decided to call her, saying he was so sorry about the cancellation. But fans had been happy about this development as they continued to say from the beginning that the couple wasn’t a good match for eachother.
