90 Day: The Single Life star Veronica Rodriguez is begging for Tim Malcolm to work things out with her boyfriend, Jamal Menzies. Veronica is a 37-year-old single mom from Charlotte, North Carolina. Veronica became a reality TV sensation when she was introduced as Tim’s ex-fiancé and best friend. Fans started praying for Tim and Veronica to get back together. However, the couple had long moved on and preferred to date other people. Veronica recently fell for Kim Menzies’ son, Jamal, but was keeping things casual. In season 4, Veronica revealed she and Jamal were exclusive. Meanwhile, Tim was against Veronica and Jamal’s relationship.
In a clip taken from the upcoming episode of the 90 Day Fiancé spin-off by ET, Veronica has invited Tim and his romantic interest Luisa on a double date with her and Jamal. Veronica questions Tim’s white jeans attire for pickleball. Tim could sense the tension in the air because Jamal “really pi**ed” him off the night before. Tim says he doesn’t need to talk to Jamal, “especially in front of Luisa.” Jamal is a natural on the court and every time he loses the game, Veronica tells him, “Tim, I need you to please figure out a way to work it out with Jamal.”

Veronica cried while Tim and Jamal did not like each other. The least they could do was co-exist. Tim reminded Veronica that Jamal had crossed the line. Veronica gets that and admits that everyone is equally to blame for the fight between them. However, at that moment, Veronica wants Tim and Jamal to “work it out.” Tim appears to be guilty of his actions as he admits, “I’m gonna do my best.” Tim and Veronica began dating when the latter was barely 22 years old. Tim stepped in as a co-parent for Veronica’s daughter, who was then just a year and a half old.

Tim and Veronica were together for seven years. After their split, their relationship evolved into a friendship. Tim showed disgust on his face when Veronica announced she was dating Jamal during the Tell All. He refused to let Veronica date a man who wasn’t ready to commit to her. Moreover, Jamal was unemployed and was still living with his mom. Veronica wanted Jamal to bridge the gap between them by moving to Charlotte from San Diego. Jamal felt it wasn’t a great idea. He wasn’t thrilled about being around Tim. Veronica invited Tim to meet Jamal and his friends, where Jamal challenged Tim’s role as a father in Veronica’s daughter Chloe’s life.
Tim knew Jamal was being out of line. He didn’t want Jamal to question him being a dad to Chloe, who he’d helped raise for 12 years. Tim found Jamal’s behavior to be super disrespectful. 90 Day: The Single Life viewers may have thought it was the last time that Tim had come face to Jamal. Tim was wrong because Veronica just wanted Tim and Jamal to get along. She will leave no stone unturned to make sure her best friend is not cross with the man she wants to spend the rest of her life with.
