90 Day Fiancé’s Paul Staehle Reveals Karine’s Current Health Status After Undergoing Surgery
90 Day Fiancé star Paul Staehle’s new Instagram update contains a shocking photo of Karine Martins. Paul is a 40-year-old man from Kentucky who married the 27-year-old Karine from Manaus, Brazil after meeting her online. Paul had a criminal past and a suspicious personality which Karine had to deal with while struggling to communicate with him. Despite cheating allegations, Paul and Karine stayed together and welcomed two sons – Pierre and Ethan. Paul and Karine split up in December 2021 and ended up losing custody of the kids in June 2022 because of their frequent relationship issues.

Paul recently took a break from sharing promotional Stories on Instagram to share details about his wife’s health.
Paul Posted a photo of Karine lying down in a hospital bed. Karine appeared to be smiling when clicking the selfie, but she had a pink surgical cap on covering her hair. Next to Karine was Paul’s mom, Mary Staehle. Paul informed his fans that Karine’s surgery was “successful.” Without revealing why Karine was operated upon, Paul said that she was in recovery mode. Paul went back to posting his regular updates on Instagram which confirmed he was in Caçapava – SP, Brazil.
Did Paul & Karine Get Back Together?
Paul is currently living in Brazil. Karine seems to be in Kentucky with Paul’s mother. Karine has been working at UPS to make a living. According to Paul, Karine started working there in December 2023. Karine has been working night shifts at the warehouse, so she can regain custody of their kids. Paul’s Instagram Story suggests that he’s back together with Karine. After all, his still posting about Karine looks like a positive update from his side of their relationship. However, Paul had recently claimed that he was in an open marriage with Karine. Paul himself is in an on-off relationship.

Paul had been dating a Brazilian woman and living in the same place as Karine’s family for the past couple of years. He was taking a break from his girlfriend in March 2024. Paul started dating her when she was 19. According to Paul, Karine was also with someone new. The couple seem to have patched up after their split just so they can win custody of Pierre and Ethan. Paul and Karine had lost custody of their children after a video showing Karine being abusive towards her husband in front of a child in their house was leaked online.
Paul and Karine were last seen in Happily Ever After? season 5. They were not even a part of the Tell All. There were rumors that they were fired from 90 Day Fiancé, but Paul claimed they were given time by the network to deal with their family drama in private. Despite being away from reality TV, Paul manages to keep himself in the news every two to three months with his erratic statements or social media updates. Paul recently claimed that Karine was pregnant and getting married to a man named Michael when she called him out for hacking her.
