In the video, Mary feeds a banana to her “pet monkey” named Lucy, who is chained outside her house in the Philippines to a bamboo attached to a tree. Mary claims that she “tried getting…the leash” off the monkey, but “she doesn’t like it.” As per Mary, the monkey “just loves it here on the bamboo” and doesn’t go too far when taken off the leash.
