The fan revealed they were visiting Seattle and went to a bar near their friend’s house for a drink. They spotted Liz and Jayson sitting at the bar. The fan chatted with the young couple and realized how “outgoing and friendly” Liz was. Liz informed the fan that they “recently moved” to Seattle from San Diego. The fan confessed how they exclaimed, “Wow look at the neck on that guy!” after looking at Jayson, which Liz thought was funny.

Liz lived in San Diego like Big Ed, which had led to them meeting during the pandemic. Liz worked as a waitress manager at a restaurant called Encontro. Big Ed was a regular there and spent a lot of time at the restaurant after his split with Rose Vega. Liz didn’t like Big Ed at first, but they soon started chatting when her shifts were over. She claimed to have seen a different side to the reality TV star. Big Ed won Liz over by giving her daughter little toys and stickers when Ryleigh accompanied her to work.
