Mohamed Abdelhamed’s location in 2024 has been revealed after his split with Yvette “Yve” Arellano from 90 Day Fiancé season 9. Yve was a 48-year-old woman who had been dating Mohmad, 25, after meeting him online. Mohamed from Egypt hadseen Yve’s photos in a bikini and slid in her DMs to compliment her figure. The couple had a 23-year age gap between them and their religious differences were certainly going to push them apart. Mohamed wanted Yve to be like his mother. He didn’t want her to be alone with a plumber and berated her for wearing a see-through dress.
Mohamed wanted Yve to convert to Islam for their relationship to work. She was uncomfortable about things like wearing conservative clothes. While Yve spent time picking the perfect wedding venue, he pushed her to hurry up and get married so he could have the paperwork to have his immigration status changed ASAP. He said it was necessary so he could work in the U.S. and fly back to Egypt to see his mom. However, towards the end of Part 2 of the reunion, a disclaimer revealed that Yve had discovered Mohamed’s inappropriate text messages and pictures sent to another woman, shortly after they filmed the Tell All. Yve admitted that it was “very shocking, raw, disappointing, saddening” that Mohamed had spent his time focusing on starting other relationships as a married man. Yve was charged with domestic assault in August 2022, according to InTouch. However, Yve’s manager claimed the domestic abuse allegations had been falsified by Mohamed. He had seemingly discussed a “U-visa” with his girlfriend since June 2022 just in case Yve found out about the affair. Yve filed for divorce from Mohamed in September 2022. Meanwhile, Yve was taking the help of an immigration attorney to ensure Mohamed did not remain in the U.S. under false pretenses as he was committing “immigration fraud.” According to InTouch, the charges for immigration fraud weren’t officially filed.
“If I really care about the green card, I was closer than ever to the interview when I left, but my safety is more important,” Mohamed told the publication. He said he had no problem going back to his home country. However, months later, in May 2024, Mohamed was sharing fun videos from his trip to Las Vegas. Mohamed was very much still in the U.S.
