90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star Michael Ilesanmi’s current location has been revealed after he went “missing” in America. Michael from Nigeria had pretended to be a 40-year-old when he met the 52-year-old Angela on Facebook. Michael had sent Angela a message saying she was beautiful. Angela fell for Michael and the two decided to get engaged. Angela flew to Nigeria in Before the 90 Days season 2 to see Michael for the first time. Cheating allegations, money issues, and infertility were some of the concerns in their relationship.
However, one of the biggest problems behind Michael and Angela’s arguments was his inability to secure a K-1 visa. Angela saw marrying Michael as a last resort. They wed in January 2020 and Michael ended up cheating on her leading to her decision to file for divorce. Except that Angela didn’t divorce Michael. They decided to give their marriage another chance after Michael lost his mom in 2022. Angela tore up the divorce papers on 90 Day: The Last Resort. She flew to Nigeria again in 2023 to give Michael company as he prepared for his spousal visa interview.

Michael was first spotted in the U.S. with Angela just around Christmastime. Blogger Shabooty posted a message they’d received from a fan who’d bumped into Angela and Michael at a Food Lion, which is a supermarket chain. The fan managed to take a photo with Angela while she also invited the fan to meet Michael, who was outside in the car. The fan said Angela told them Michael was in America “for good now.” Michael was photographed for the first time in America during his shopping trip to a Walmart in Georgia with Angela (as shared by Redditor u/lexi4020.)
The picture showed Angela and Michael waiting at the checkout counter together. Logos and items around them in the photo confirmed the picture was clicked in America. This time around, fans were sure that Michael had finally managed to come to the U.S. and this wasn’t just a rumor. More photos of the couple together surfaced on January 12, 2024. Michael’s Los Angeles pictures revealed that he hadn’t been spending most of his time in Angela’s Hazlehurst house since he came to America. Angela said Michael had been missing since February 23, 2024. “The police are involved, we can’t find him,” she shared before breaking down in tears.

Angela had tried contacting Michael’s family in West Africa but they had not been helpful. John Yates, who also happens to be Angela’s good friend, was involved in sharing updates about Michael’s case with fans online. Angela announced a $10,000 reward for Michael’s safe return. On the same day, John did a YouTube Live saying Michael was found and was safe. As per John, Angela had received a phone call from the police. It was Michael who had contacted the police himself. Michael expertly tried to hide his current location from fans, and probably Angela, even on Instagram. Michael has been tagging his post location as “SOME WHERE.” Still, his location was seemingly revealed when mazitundeednut posted a video featuring Michael on Instagram on May 13, 2024. Their caption mentioned Michael was “spotted in Indiana.” It showed Michael partying and dancing with a mystery woman in a red dress as he placed dollar bills on the woman’s chest. However, Angela did a TikTok livestream a couple of days later revealing Michael was living somewhere else.
Angela was telling her TikTok followers that she was not going to divorce Michael. Angela wants to make her husband’s life difficult. According to TVShowsAce, Angela is taking steps to file a lawsuit against Michael for committing marriage fraud. Angela mentioned that Michael was “still living in Texas” and, since she was still his sponsor and had brought him to America, she was responsible for him even if they divorced or separated.
