Sophie is an influencer from London, currently starring in Happily Ever After season 8 with Rob Warne, who’s from Los Angeles. Sophie and Rob met via Instagram and were together for two years before she moved to the U.S. Sophie’s mother was absolutely against Sophie getting married to Rob. Claire didn’t mince any words while calling him “Rob the knob.” Claire tried to expose Rob’s violent nature by leaking private videos of a fight between him and Sophie on Instagram.

According to InTouch, Claire was released from jail after her charges were dropped. Claire was arrested for a terroristic threat of a family/household. InTouch mentioned that online court records reveal she was released on Thursday, May 16, 2024. Claire spent five nights in jail until her charges were eventually dropped. The records suggest Claire’s disposition was “dismissed/declined” following her arrest on May 10, 2024. The alleged incident between Sophie and her mom took place the day before. Claire had been staying at a hotel when Sophie contacted the police with a “welfare concern.”

Sophie had been concerned about her mom’s mental well-being as she had attempted to allegedly harm herself in the past. Sophie had not been able to get a hold of her mom ahead of her contacting the authorities. Claire was arrested for a “non-jurisdiction warrant.” Sophie and her best friend and roommate Kaelin, also known as Kae on 90 Day Fiancé, were involved in the drama with Claire. The three women were living together until Claire’s “aggressive behavior” got her kicked out of the apartment on April 22, 2024. Sophie and her mom allegedly used to argue over finances.

She said something like this has never happened before and that she will always be there for her daughter. Claire has decided to go back home to Europe. She believes that Sophie being in a toxic relationship at a very young age has affected her. Claire added that Sophie has been a “victim” of being naïve, a sweet person, and someone trustworthy. She doesn’t want anyone to hate Sophie because she’s done “nothing wrong.”
Sophie has yet to open up about her mom’s arrest on social media. She and her mom weren’t on the same page about her relationship with Rob, but the two were thick as thieves and looked like they were sisters or best friends rather than a mother-daughter duo. However, Claire is the one who sabotaged Sophie and Rob’s relationship by planting the seed of doubt in Sophie’s mind.
