Apparently, the house was renovated in 2019 and has a brand-new roof. Its unique features also include a large open lot along with a separate storage building. The documents say that the 90 Day Fiance star closed the deal on August 25 this year, and it is one of his major purchases since his divorce from Chantel Everett in April 2022.
