Nikki ‘Exotika’ Sanders is one of the more controversial stars of Season 10 of 90 Day Fiance. She is not only transgender but the way she told her fiance, Justin, is questionable. He had come to the States from Moldova to live with her but she felt he was not pulling his weight. So, in a fight, she blurted out that she used to be a man. That caused a rift in their relationship and, eventually, they broke up for several years. Now, they are giving it another shot but he is struggling with her. He does not know what people will think of her over-the-top look.
Nikki likes plastic surgery and a ton of makeup. She always has to be done up wherever she goes. When they were prepping to head out, he asked how long she would take to get ready. Nikki said close to three hours which he could not understand. Now, Nikki is speaking out on her Instagram, claiming she has received an immense amount of hate from people telling her to kill herself to death threats. She notes this is the worst case of trans cyberbullying she has ever experienced.
Nikki ‘Exotika’ Sanders also added she does not want to leave her home or bed so she is taking a social media hiatus. From herein out, her publicist will be taking over until she can manage. Though she claims the “whole reality TV thing” is new to her, this is in fact false. She filmed for the E! series, Botched but then had issues with aftercare. Nikki claimed she lost her apartment because she could not make money during recovery and blamed the show. They never used her segment in the end.

Along with filming for Botched and now 90 Day Fiance, eagle-eyed fans caught Nikki ‘Exotika’ Sanders on RHOSLC. She was shooting an ad campaign and apparently served as a model which was shown in a Reddit thread.
One person wrote: “Is this the 4th or 5th reality tv show we’ve now seen her pop up on?!?” Another added: “She’s made so many attempts to be on TV shows and news broadcasts before that I have suspicion that her relationship with Igor is just for the cameras.” So, it seems that she has wanted to be in the limelight and knew what she was getting into all along. Yet, maybe this is the largest scale she has seen thus far.
