90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star Gabriel Pabon wishes he had never met his wife, Isabel Posada. Gabe is a trans man from Florida who had a unique business venture that led him to meet the single mom of two from Colombia. Gabe created a prepared, gender-affirming underwear brand for trans men and needed to find manufacturers in Isabel’s country. While he didn’t tell Isabel he used to be a woman on the first day they met, he did so the next day and she accepted him. Gabe also won over her religious parents and married Isabel in season 4.
Gabe and Isabel seemed to be still together after the Tell All, where she seemed to show jealousy about Gabe going partying with his friends. However, the real issues in their marriage seemingly started sometime in late 2023 after Gabe had to come back to the U.S. when his phone was stolen and his bank account was “hacked.” He had also seemingly overstayed his visa in Colombia and missed celebrating Isabel’s birthday and their first anniversary in November. Fans suspected Gabe and Isabel were getting divorced, but he had denied the rumors.
Gabe Is In A Financial Crisis Because Of Shady Isabel
Gabe confirmed he was divorcing Isabel in a video in February 2024. Gabe revealed that he felt used and betrayed by Isabel and was struggling financially. By May 2024, Gabe claimed he was still paying the rent for his apartment in Colombia where Isabel was staying and taking care of his dog Milo. Gabe said he was getting complaints from the landlord about people coming and going from the apartment and Gabe had to pay nearly $600 as a fine while he was still in Florida. When he went to Colombia, he found the house to be in a mess.
In June 2024, Gabe said he “had nothing” because of Isabel and started a GoFundMe for $2000 because he felt defeated and was in dire need of financial help. He said he had used almost every paycheck to fix problems Isabel had left him with. He wrote about having spent “thousands of dollars” because of “what was going on” in his house when he was gone. The apartment was threatening to pursue criminal charges if Gabe did not pay for the damages. The building had a “negative image” because of the “action” that occurred in the apartment.
“When I was gone, my wife did many shady things, MONTHS of rent money I was sending was not going towards the rent and the money I sent for my business (GMP Wear) was also not going towards that … ,” Gabe wrote in his fundraiser’s description.
Gabe Paid $6000 In Debts With Help From Fans
Gabe mentioned he didn’t even know where Isabel was, but all he wanted to do was get his life together. Although Gabe did not get into detail about what exactly occurred at the time that could have led to him probably getting arrested, in his June 26, 2024, IG update, Gabe revealed that he was able to pay “almost $6000 in debt for months of unpaid rent, utilities and money that was supposed to be for my business.” He revealed he got “help from you all” to pay the administration for the building so they would not pursue criminal charges against him.

However, Gabe had new expenses to worry about now. He found out that Isabel let someone use his motorcycle and “racked up more than $1500 in tickets.” He said Isabel could have done it when she “decided to run away for 3 weeks.” He called his wife from 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way the “most cancerous” person he had ever met. He wished karma to come “real hard” for Isabel. Gabe admitted he had given up. He has no more strength left in him. While he tries to be strong and happy, he “can’t do it anymore.”
