Married At First Sight season 17’s Brennan Shoykhet chose to divorce Emily Balch on Decision Day, but is he dating anyone after choosing to end his marriage? Although Brennan spent his time on Married At First Sight season 17 in a relationship with Emily, he seemed to already be thinking about what was to come next. Knowing that his attraction to Emily wasn’t deep enough to sustain a marriage, Brennan seemed to be divulging secrets to his fellow MAFS groom Cameron Frazer, who left his own marriage to Clare Kerr early in the season. According to Cameron, Brennan expressed an interest in double dating with Cameron and two women outside their marriages during his time on MAFS season 17 rather than waiting until the season was over.

On MAFS season 17’s Decision Day, both Brennan and Emily explained that they weren’t interested in staying together. Both chose to get divorced, and though Brennan had his reasons for wanting to be away from Emily, it was clear that he needed to take some time for himself to process the relationship ending. Brennan shared that he’d thought keeping his more honest, potentially “mean” thoughts to himself was protecting Emily, but realized that it was likely hurting her even more. He shared that he wanted to work on himself after the Married At First Sight experience before dating anyone new.
Is Brennan Dating Anyone In 2024?
Although Brennan’s social media is on private mode during the Married At First Sight season 17 run, it appears he is still single after the season’s end. Though there’s no confirmation about Brennan’s dating life, he’s been relatively quiet on social media and seems to have been taking time during the season to continue to better himself. It has likely been difficult to watch MAFS season 17 and hear the criticism about his time on the show, but Brennan will hopefully be more open in the future. For now, it appears that Married At First Sight’s Brennan is single.
