Many 90 Day Fiancé fans were surprised to learn, that Shekinah Garner from Other Way season 5 has already done two facelifts in her early forties. A typical facelift will last from 7 to 10 years, therefore, it’s medically recommended for plastic surgery enthusiasts to have the first facelift in their mid-40s to early 50s, followed by a secondary refresher facelift in their mid-to-late 60s.
In the recent years, Shekinah has had two facelifts, neck lifts, a brow lift, an upper blepharoplasty, Botox, lip injections and a nose job to improve her facial appearance, and look younger. When compared to a 5 years old picture of her younger self, the reality tv star now looks unrecognizable, as if she changed into a totally different person.
On Instagram, Shekinah’s plastic surgeon Dr Kian Karimi shared an explainer video, in which he used some footage from the reality tv star’s recent deep plane face neck lift surgery. The Instagram reel has a little bit of Graphic content in it, because it shows multiple stitches and bruises on Shekinah’s face, which she got from the surgery.

Shekinah appears to keep striving to improve her appearance owing to her low self-esteem. Her Turkish boyfriend Sarper also wants her to weigh less than 128 pounds, and controls many aspects of her life, and that includes her wardrobe. Furthermore, the former Amish woman may continue to experiment with cosmetic operations, in order to look and feel younger, for as long as she can. Beside that, Shekinah obviously believes, that she needs to endure many plastic surgeries, in order to look like a successful aesthetician, and attract more clients to her clinic in Los Angeles.
In December 2023, Shekinah fuelled engagement speculations, by posting a photo of her hand resting in Sarper’s with a beautiful golden ring on her finger. Many people congratulated her and inquired about the wedding in the comments’ section of the Instagram post. However, Shekinah appeared to put an end to the gossips, by stating that the ring was a gift from her grandmother before she died.
