Married at First Sight Season 17 in Denver is getting down to the nitty-gritty. With Decision Day only a few weeks away in the current timeline, whether or not couples stay together is a big topic on a lot of viewers’ minds. And, with spoilers saying that Austin and Rebecca don’t make it, it seems someone from Austin’s past may be to blame for his Lifetime marriage grinding into dust.
Married at First Sight Experts Confident in Austin and Becca Pairing
As longtime Married at First Sight viewers know, the experts don’t have the best track record when it comes to putting people together for lasting unions. But, with her pink hair and a career in the arts, the experts believed Becca was the ideal person for Austin – someone who would get him out of his shell.
And, on the other side of things, many artsy, free-spirit types need someone in their lives to ground them and keep them centered. Certainly, the experts believed that Austin could be that for Becca – and that they could build a lasting marriage together.
No Happy Ending for MAFS Husband & Wife
Unfortunately for Becca and Austin, this Married at First Sight pair doesn’t seem to get the happy ending they’d hoped for – at least not with each other. Based on recent tea making the rounds from trusted insider MAFS Fan, even though Austin and Becca say yes to staying married on Decision Day, their relationship doesn’t last much longer beyond that.
In fact, according to MAFS Fan, this Married at First Sight duo calls it quits “a week or two later”. Of course, this isn’t the first time that a Lifetime pair stayed married on Decision Day and then split shortly after. And, more than likely, this won’t be the last time this happens, either.
Austin’s Ex to Blame for Married at First Sight Union Ending?
In addition to spilling the tea on Austin and Rebecca no longer being a couple, MAFS Fan also dished on what allegedly led to this pair throwing in the towel. According to the latest rumors, Austin dated someone right before filming scenes with Becca.
After getting dumped for another guy by the girl he was seeing, it seems Austin felt he would have better luck being matched by the Married at First Sight experts. But, the tea doesn’t stop there. MAFS Fan alleges further that Austin is now back with the same ex who dumped him.
So, it certainly stands to reason that his still being hung up on his ex contributed to his Lifetime marriage ultimately not working out. Along with that, the fact that Austin got back together with his ex almost immediately after splitting from Becca is a telling sign as well.
If nothing else, this is an extra juicy tidbit of info following the spoiler that Becca and Austin are no longer an item. And, if that were not enough, Austin didn’t even tell his flame that he had entered into a legally binding marriage, as she allegedly found out only after the Denver season was on the air.
Certainly, there’s a lot to unpack from this situation as the season in the Mile High City continues.
