General Hospital’s Laura Wright (Carly) may live on the West side of the country but that didn’t stop her from taking a trip all the way across the States to the East side. Why? To visit her favorite girl, of course! The ABC soap actress posted four photos of the mother/daughter duo and from the looks of things, the proud mom couldn’t have been happier to be spending some pre-birthday time with Lauren.
Wright, who celebrated her birthday on Monday, September 11, gave her followers a peek into the trip a few days prior and stated, “Spent some time with my girl on the East side.”
The pics showed the ladies smiling for a few selfies, as well as another of them from inside a beautiful shop. Some of Wright’s castmates jumped into the comments to send them a shoutout, including Finola Hughes (Anna), who had a message about their denim wear and said, “Very strong jeans game.” Cameron Mathison (Drew) and Katelyn MacMullen (Willow) sent them some “love,” while Kimberly McCullough (Robin) simply stated, “Cuties.”

This is just the latest trip in the actress’ many adventures… Earlier this month, Wright attended the US Open and was “beyond excited to watch” her favorite tennis star, Carlos Alcaraz Garfia.

And back in July, she and longtime boyfriend Wes Ramsey (ex-Peter) went to Lake Tahoe to hike “another spectacular adventure!”
