General Hospital Spoilers: Spencer Faces Ultimate Boyfriend Test – Walks Through Fire for Trina’s Sake

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will celebrate the fact that they’re finally on the same page. It’s been a long road to get here, but it’ll be worth the wait once Trina and Spencer land back in bed together.

Now that Spencer understands the importance of backing off Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) and being more of a brother than a father figure, Trina is pleased with the progress they’re making.

After Trina and Spencer hit the sheets, they’ll talk about what they’re grateful for since it’s still Thanksgiving in Port Charles.

There’ll be some sweet moments along with some silly banter as Spencer and Trina find their grove as a couple again.

Of course, Trina isn’t naïve enough to think it’ll be smooth sailing from here on out. There’ll definitely be more challenges for Spencer and Trina to tackle along the way.

Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) is still Ace’s mother – and even though Spencer plans to take a step back and become a brotherly part of Ace’s life, there’s no escaping that Esme connection.

However, Trina will make it clear that she doesn’t want to discuss Esme anymore – at least not when they’re trying to enjoy their holiday.

There’ll be more pressing matters to deal with anyway since Spencer is about to walk through fire for Trina’s sake.

GH spoilers say Spencer will agree to attend a Thanksgiving gathering with Trina’s family, so that’ll definitely bring some anxiety.

Spencer isn’t exactly Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) favorite person – and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is always going to worry about Trina’s heart.

Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) has turned into a pretty protective grandfather – not to mention Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) is known for being a bit of a meddler.

Spencer will have plenty of reasons to be concerned about the reactions he’ll get when he shows up on Trina’s arm, but she’ll offer reassurance.

Although things will indeed be a tad awkward at the celebration, Trina’s loved ones will try their best to welcome Spencer on this special occasion.

General Hospital spoilers say Trina will be thankful for the effort to make Spencer feel accepted and included, but more obstacles are bound to land in “Sprina’s” path eventually.
