General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Hides Nina’s Secret from Willow & Carly – Pact with Michael to Keep Quiet?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) may have a big decision to make once he learns Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) decided to rat out Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

Based on GH spoilers and the weekly preview video, it looks like Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) may be the one to give Sonny updates on the truth.

Once Lois makes a shocking discovery, she seems poised to share it with Sonny – and that could mean she’ll tell him that Nina turned Drew and Carly in for their crime.

Of course, that could leave Sonny in a tight spot. Sonny may rip into Nina over her deception and find out about Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) blackmail drama as she scrambles to explain.

This whole situation could get messy and make Sonny realize he has to join Michael in keeping this quiet.

Regardless of whether Sonny can forgive Nina, he knows Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) has been bonding with her.

Sonny also realizes that Nina is an important person in her grandkids’ lives, so he’ll have to keep Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Siobhan) in mind.

Plus, Carly is on the verge of facing a terrible loss. General Hospital spoilers say Carly will find out about Bobbie Spencer’s (Jacklyn Zeman) passing during the week of January 1-5, so she’ll have enough to deal with.

That could be yet another reason why Sonny might choose to cover up Nina’s actions and hope that everyone else in the loop will do the same, including Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and presumably Lois.

Unfortunately, Sonny and Michael may not be able to contain this secret for too long due to Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) newfound knowledge.

Cyrus might have a heart and choose not to spill anything while Carly’s in the worst of her grief, but he could deliver stunning news when the time is right.

In other words, Sonny might delay the big reveal for Carly, Willow and Drew, but Cyrus is a wildcard who could expose Nina’s secret whenever he’s ready!
