General Hospital Spoilers: Nelle Haunts Nina After Willow Disowns Mom – Daughter’s Ghost Sends Harsh Message?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) worst nightmare is on the way since Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will learn what she’s been keeping under wraps. It looks like Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will be the reason Nina’s SEC tipoff secret is exposed at her own wedding to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Of course, it’s bad enough that Nina’s most likely going to lose Sonny and their chance at tying the knot, but the worst blow of all may come from Willow.

Nina has craved a mother-daughter bond for many years and finally had a chance to build one with Willow, but all their progress will soon be erased.

Once Willow finds out Nina blabbed to the SEC about Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) insider trading, it seems likely she’ll disown her bio mom.

Willow will no doubt blame Nina for Drew landing in prison and facing a life-threatening ordeal as a result.

Nina will frantically try to explain and defend her actions, but Willow isn’t going to care about Nina’s reasons since she’ll know it all boils down to revenge.

After Willow washes her hands of her birth mother, you can bet Nina will sink to a pretty low place.

This might be a good time for Nina to get a visit from Nelle Benson’s (Chloe Lanier) ghost!

Back in 2022, Nelle appeared in a vision when Nina visited her gravestone.

During that conversation, Nelle insisted they were just alike and thought their struggles gave them a right to inflict pain on the world.

Perhaps Nelle could appear in another vision and offer an “I told you so.”

It’d really pour salt in the wound for Nina if Nelle popped up and declared that she was right about them being just alike after all.

Nelle might haunt Nina and act like her mom should’ve known better than to think a goody two-shoes like Willow would ever love someone like her.

Even if ABC’s GH wasn’t able to lock in another Chloe Lanier appearance, they could always replay some of Nelle’s graveside comments in a flashback and offer a similar effect.

Nina could still end up haunted by Nelle as well as her mistakes, so it’ll be interesting to see what happens during the fallout of the SEC snitch shocker.
