General Hospital Spoilers: Heather Kidnaps Ace – Escapes Pentonville to Go On the Run with Grandson?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Heather Webber (Alley Mills) may go off the rails once she finds out Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) is formally adopting Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) along with Laura Collins (Genie Francis).

Heather already had a beef with Laura, but now she’s really furious with Kevin since she blames him for Esme Prince’s (Avery Pohl) fatal outcome.

As far as Heather is concerned, Kevin allowed Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) to wreak havoc and put Esme on a doomed path.

Since Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) witnessed Heather’s deranged outburst in the cemetery, she expressed concern to Laura – especially once she got updates on Ace’s adoptive parents.

On GH’s February 13 episode, the adoption news left Liz worried about Heather becoming even more obsessed with Kevin and his culpability.

Heather may dwell on the fact that Kevin is now raising Esme’s son after causing her demise – at least from Heather’s perspective.

The more Heather thinks about all this, the more vengeful she may become over Esme as well as this Ace adoption issue.

Perhaps Heather will decide that she can’t stand by and let Kevin steal Esme’s baby boy.

Heather has broken out of facilities with tighter security than Pentonville, so we have every reason to believe she could escape sooner or later.

Maybe Heather will believe she can be a better mother to Ace and determine that it’s what Esme would want.

Heather might view this as her chance to start over with a clean slate and raise Ace the way she believes he should be raised.

Then again, perhaps Heather could eventually realize Esme might be alive after all.

Esme has survived other wet and wild tumbles, so Heather could get it stuck in her head that Esme made it out alive – especially if Esme sends her some kind of sign like a cryptic postcard.

Heather previously hoped that she could break out of prison and be a family with Esme and Ace elsewhere, so that may once again become her goal.

Regardless, Heather certainly won’t want Kevin and Laura raising Ace, so she may take matters into her own hands by fleeing Pentonville and going on the run with her grandson!
