General Hospital Spoilers: Emme Rylan Speaks Out About GH Return – Reveals Future as Lulu Spencer

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Emme Rylan (ex-Lulu Spencer) recently decided to set the record straight on her Instagram stories. Ever since Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) took Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) to visit her comatose mom, social media’s been buzzing about the possibility of Lulu’s return.

Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) also plans to move in Lulu’s old house with her kids, so there have definitely been a lot of Lulu mentions lately.

It’s easy to see why everyone’s been so curious about Lulu’s potential wakeup call and whether Emme Rylan might reprise the role.

Rylan joked that she’s been getting “approximately one million messages asking if Lulu is waking up,” but she’s been hesitant to post anything up to now.

It’s been tricky since Rylan doesn’t want to ruin any storylines, but she finally felt the need to speak out.

“So basically, the bottom line, no matter what the Internet says, I have made it very clear to GH that I am always available to play Lulu should she ever want to wake up,” Rylan confirmed in her Instagram stories.

According to Rylan, the show still plans to use her as Lulu and not a recast, but she did leave room for the possibility that things might shift behind the scenes.

“It is my understanding that when they choose to wake her up, they would be calling me,” Rylan said. “That could always change. Who knows? But that is my understanding.”

However, Rylan also pointed out that the show hasn’t made that call. If they’re indeed planning on having Rylan make a comeback as Lulu Spencer, it’s not happening yet.

“When they want to wake her up, they will call me,” Rylan clarified. “That’s as much as I know and I have not heard from them.”

Of course, we have to mention the recent Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) recast situation since Lexi Ainsworth was abruptly replaced by Kate Mansi, so anything can happen no matter what actors are told in advance.

That said, Emme Rylan feels confident at the moment that when Lulu Spencer finally opens her eyes, she’ll be the one playing her.

It’s just a matter of when the show will put Lulu’s return in motion, so we’ll anxiously await that news!
