General Hospital Prediction: Sasha’s Bio Dad Mystery Finally Explored – Cody Helps with Search?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers point to a prediction about Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) future now that she’s settling into her new job as the Quartermaine family cook. Sasha managed to impress even Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), so she’s feeling good about this position and hoping it’ll work out well.

Of course, the May 2 filler episode highlighted a huge problem with Sasha’s latest storyline.

Although it’s nice to see Sasha happy and not in totally miserable circumstances for a change, this whole cook thing is dreadfully boring!

There has to be a happy medium between Sasha being tormented endlessly and spending her days whipping up casseroles.

We have to believe GH writers can do better than this when it comes to giving Sasha a decent story that doesn’t involve more suffering.

That brings us to a mystery related to Sasha’s backstory that’s never been truly explored.

Sasha mostly focuses on her mother and grandmother whenever she brings up her past, but what about her biological father?

That’s a question that the show could easily dive into – and it would make sense considering everything that’s happened with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).

Cody discovered that he’s Mac Scorpio’s (John J. York) son and is still hiding that news from Mac – at least for now.

Sasha feels like Cody should embrace this family connection, but she could embrace a family connection of her own if she gets a story where she finds her bio dad or at least some other relatives.

Some fans have even suggested that with Sasha becoming part of the Quartermaine household, she could somehow discover she’s a long-lost Quartermaine.

That could make Sasha related to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and might make their romantic history rather icky, but maybe it wouldn’t matter all that much since it’s not like they’re dating anymore!

Regardless, Sasha could use some family members on canvas.

It would also be nice to see Sasha get a new storyline that’s more interesting than just putting things in the oven, so perhaps the show will come through eventually.
