Chase Chrisley Disgusted By Savannah’s Nickname For Boyfriend
Savannah Chrisley featured her brother Chase as her guest on the most recent episode of her podcast. During the 38-minute episode, the topic of her boyfriend came up. More specifically, Chase clocked what Savannah had her boyfriend listed as in her phone contacts. And, he wasn’t very happy about the discovery.
“Do you have Robert in your phone as ‘Daddy’?” Chase Chrisley asked after catching a glimpse of his sister’s phone during the podcast.
Savannah Chrisley immediately tried to shut the conversation down insisting it was just an inside joke. Her brother, however, wasn’t interested in the conversation ending. So, he pressured her for the details.
After insisting it was a joke, she clarified he was listed as “Robert ‘Daddy’ Shiver” in her phone contacts.
Savannah Chrisley proceeded to explain it really was a joke. She had seen the viral video featuring a dad meeting a new boyfriend. The boyfriend introduces himself and opens up about his girlfriend also calling her daddy. This video caused a trend to start on TikTok involving girlfriends calling their boyfriends “daddy” in front of their dads. Savannah thought the video was hilarious, so that was why she added “daddy” to her boyfriend’s contact info.
Chase Chrisley, however, did not think the joke was very funny. He admitted he was disgusted. Chase responded: “Dad’s going to be fresh out the pen. He should not do that.”
Savannah doubled down on it just being a joke. Chase responded again admitting the nickname made him sick.
Todd Chrisley Won’t Meet Her Boyfriend
Sadly, Savannah Chrisley’s father Todd refuses to meet the new man in her life. Fortunately, it isn’t because he takes issue with who she is dating. As Savannah has previously explained, her father is very big on impressions. He just doesn’t like the idea of the first time he meets the new man in Savannah’s life to be while he is behind bars. So, Savannah may have to wait a while to crack the “daddy” boyfriend joke on her father.
Ultimately, fans are a bit surprised Savannah is dating anyone. Furthermore, fans were surprised she even entertained the idea of her boyfriend meeting her father. Savannah Chrisley made it crystal clear she would pause her life until her parents got out of jail. She refused to do things like get married or have children without her parents able to be involved. Fans, however, think pausing her life for her parents is a huge mistake.
