90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star Michael Ilesanmi is refusing to talk about going missing in February 2024. Michael from Nigeria got married to Angela from Georgia in January 2020 after meeting her on Facebook. Angela had threatened Michael with divorce umpteen times and almost went through with it before therapy helped them solve their problems on 90 Day: The Last Resort. He moved to the U.S. in December 2023. However, Michael walked out of Angela’s house in February, claiming he feared for his life. Angela is now hinting at them getting divorced all over again.

Michael sent a video recording of himself to the blogger in which he could be heard saying that he isn’t on any social media platforms at the moment. “When the time come[s], I’ll make it official,” he said. Michael didn’t seem to be in distress in the video. He wore a baseball hat with a T-shirt and a jacket as he warned people to stop making fake social media accounts with his name.

The 90 Day Fiancé blogger had to answer questions on Michael’s behalf when confused fans asked where Michael was and how he was able to share the video. They, too, told the fans in the comments that Michael was not on any social media platform. Meanwhile, Michael’s supporters decided to advise Michael about what he should be doing next. The fans in the comments section asked Michael to run. Someone wrote that Michael deserves a visa for putting up with Angela and the way she treats him. However, one fan spotted that Michael still had his ring on.

However, the fan’s theory was slammed by others who explained how Michael couldn’t be on any social media platforms because he’s refusing to keep any contact with Angela and that she could harass him online. Interestingly, this isn’t the first time that Michael has claimed that he doesn’t use social media. He created an Instagram profile during 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 7 which he refused to delete and asked Angela to give him $5,000 to delete it.
Michael claimed he wanted to become an Instagram influencer and earn more money, but Angela suspected he was using it to talk to other women. She preferred to have a joint Instagram account with Michael, which they shared for three years. However, all the posts on the feed are about Angela herself. It’s been Angela who’s always seen a problem with Michael creating an account, so this message could have been a sign that Michael got back together with Angela after everything that happened, or he doesn’t want to cause any more trouble with her.
