As per the reports, Adele had to go behind bars when she was arrested in Louisiana in August 2022. She was a part of a heroin and cocaine trafficking ring. Hence, she had to face several accusations like “money laundering” and “unlawful use of communication facilities.” But that’s not all. Adele’s charges also include “conspiracy to distribute” and “possession with intent to distribute drugs.”
Adele’s boyfriend at the time, Francisco Palma, was part of the scam. He was the ringleader and accompanied her behind bars. Apparently, these two had $228,880 of illegal drug proceeds. All of them were in Adele’s formal living room on East Lakeshore Drive. Both of them were found guilty in the recent case proceedings. Yara’s friend has finally been sentenced, while Francisco is yet to be sentenced.

Apparently, if she abides by the rules and regulations noted by the court for the entire 18 months, all the charges against her will finally be dismissed, and she will be free. The celeb’s agreement includes the rules stating that Adele can’t have firearms or illegal drugs.
Adele would also have to show up for meetings with her probation officer. The latter can visit her house anytime, and she can’t object to his visitation at all.
