Veronica was a franchise-adjacent favorite cast member for her time on Pillow Talk. She appeared alongside her ex, Tim, who was on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 3. Their unique relationship as exes turned best friends captivated the audience, and they became Pillow Talk standouts. Eventually, Veronica was offered a spot on 90 Day: The Single Life season 3, where she finally got the chance to shine on her own separate from Tim. In Single Life season 3 Tell All, Veronica teased that she was talking to another 90 Day Fiancé alum, who was Jamal.
Veronica and Jamal met after she reached out to him for recommendations about things to do in San Diego. Jamal responded and asked Veronica out on a date. They both revealed that they stayed the night after their first date, and that’s when their “situationship” began. At the Tell All, Jamal said he was still dating other women, and Veronica said she wasn’t dating.

Luisa had concerns about Tim after he wouldn’t kiss her. They ended up splitting, as did Veronica and Jamal. Before that, Jamal and Luisa had met while on a double date with Tim and Veronica. It shocked everyone to hear that post-both of their breakups, Jamal and Luisa hooked up “a couple of times.” 90 Day: The Single Life star Chantel Everett told her co-stars she caught Jamal and Luisa hanging out.
“Please don’t go back and say you heard it from me, but I saw Luisa and Jamal out at the restaurant at the hotel.”
Fans felt Jamal and Luisa’s hook-up was a cry for attention. Jamal already had a negative relationship with Tim, and he knew that this would cause an uproar. Jamal and Luisa are allowed to see each other if they want, but it is still a shocking revelation. Jamal’s ego has gotten out of control, and maybe he’s searching for more attention by hooking up with Luisa. Jamal and Luisa may think that they can land spots on the next season of 90 Day: The Single Life by starting a forced, artificial relationship to stay on TV.
