She has been trying to get her two sons to the United States as well. However, that may be trickier than she initially thought. Gino and Jasmine have had a lot of ups and downs in their relationship and do not have the best track record when it comes to staying together.

Jasmine Pineda recently found out that her children did not get out on her K-1 visa and will not be able to come to the United States as soon as they thought. Her husband, Gino did not fill her visa out correctly and messed it up. He also did not get her the right paperwork to be able to travel out of the United States. This means she cannot go back to see her children. A fan on Redditt caught others upon the scenario.
“The immigration lawyer told Jasmine it could take 2 years to bring her children to the USA. Gino didn’t add them to her K-1 Visa so they have to file their own immigration paperwork to come over here. And she can’t travel for a year because Gino didn’t file some advance parole paperwork so she can travel back and forth. This is crazy I would never leave my kids for a dude!!!!”
Fans Thoughts On Jasmine Leaving Her Children
This did not sit well with fans. It seems that they think Jasmine should not have left her children in the first place.
