Married at First Sight spoilers and updates tease that Domynique Kloss was matched with Mack Gilbert in the 16th season of MAFS. Dom’s journey with the experiment didn’t last long, after the honeymoon, she decided she wanted a divorce.

At 25 years old, Dom was one of the younger women to be cast on MAFS. The experts, Dr. Pepper Schwartz and Pastor Calvin Roberson did have some prior reservations about casting Dom, but in the end, they decided that she would be a good match for Mack, despite the huge age difference. The experts should have stuck with their initial feelings about Dom, her immaturity immediately became apparent.
One red flag that the experts choose to ignore was that Dom didn’t sign up for the show herself, her mother signed her up, and that in itself was not a good sign.
On their honeymoon, Mack tried his best to engage in activities that he hadn’t experienced before, all to spend time with Dom. But that was not enough for her, she was very annoyed when she had to show him different things, and her lack of patience with him was very clear. In fact, after she asked for a divorce, in a conversation with her mother, she told Dom that she was not patient enough.
Married At First Sight Updates – Positive Vibes Only
Dom went on and on during the short time that she was on the show, saying that she wanted no negative energy, she was “positive vibes only.” That was almost laughable because all she did was be negative with Mack. Dom’s refusal to deal with negativity or conflict was just further proof that she was too immature for marriage.
When Dom did sit down with Pastor Cal, when she revealed that she wanted a divorce, he told her that she was clearly too young to get married, at 25 she said she wanted a more “established” man.
Mack told Dom that he was living in the basement of a friend’s family home until he found a permanent place for himself and his fur baby. His revealing that, was just yet another turn-off for Dom, she told the producers that Mack lacked initiative and she preferred men who owned their own home – who says that at 25? Dr. Pepper watched some of the footage from Dom and Mack together and she was not impressed with Dom’s body language, hands on her hips pose, in judgment mode, “she’s, like, acting superior here, it’s kind of condescending.”
